Please note that all payments are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you inform the float centre at least 48 hours in advance. We will then be happy to reschedule your session to a new date of your choice.
Your appointment can be rescheduled up to three times, ensuring you do not lose the opportunity to enjoy your experience.
